Just redeemed a code from a $25 XBOX card and want to purchase add-ons for Bubble Bobble Neo! and Pac-Man CE DX. Instead, I get a message saying "you have no valid payment options on file" and it's wanting me to change payment options. I don't want to use a credit card and I don't want to give private information since I already redeemed a $25 dollar card. I'm not sure where my money/credits are or why it's not letting me just download my add-ons. Am I not seeing or missing anything?

Cannot purchase XBOX Live game add-ons like I used to.
