We set up our Xbox live account for our son first and then about 6 months later expanded it to a family account. However, now that I have an account (parent), I want to set my account as the primary for the family. In other words, the child has the primary account and the parent has one of the 3 family accounts, but we want to switch the primary with one of the family accounts. Can this be done?
We want to keep the points and configurations/controls on his account, but I want to be able to log in for mine and manage the family settings directly.
