Adult email address... i dont have the password for it. Help?

I dont know the password to my email address used as the adult... I now cannot change any of my settings, which i want to.. My load up screen is now gone to child stuff and all stuff to do with kinect..? I dont even have kinect?

im 16 and this adult account stuff is really annoying and a waste of time, can i remove this??

i pressed the wrong button and converted my settings to family, i wanted to see what it would change if i change homepage from standard to family.. and now it isn't let me change it back.. I dont know the adult account password.. That email is no longer in use anymore anyway.. what can i do?

If you are 16 you should not have an adult account as you are still considered a child until the age of 18.  Get the adult who created the account to help you with your problem.

Ahhh.. well the email account is no longer is used...

Im the only user of the xbox, and i dont have any need for child things..

Well, sorry to hear you no longer have need of child things.  However, the fact remains that you will not be able to get a resolution to your problem until you reach 18.

Any password reset must be done through windows live. Just go to any windows live log-in page, and then choose "I forgot my password" and follow the steps there. If that doesn't work, then choose the customer support option on the password reset page(s).

If the account was setup as a family you will need the Adult to promote the child account, but like Onyx said it does not matter b/c your still 16 on xbl. There is no work around.
