Account Suspended without warning?Did nothing wrong?

OK so my boyfriend and I were going to play some Red Dead Redemption earlier and when he tried to log in to his xbox live acct he got this message "'Your account has been suspended due to a problem with ur payment option. Please use a different payment option or update ur current information in Account Management." 

The thing is when he is logged into his account it says he still has the Gold membership.So I decided to log into xbox.com for him to see if we could find out what was wrong and instead I got THIS gamertag! His gamertag SHOULD BE Chillibang and also his list of previously played games as well as his friends list and gamerpic are completely reset with NOTHING being there!

Also when I logged into his account from my xbox it did not kick him from his.He stayed logged in and at the same time MY friends list does not have him listed as being online.

WTF IS GOING ON HERE?!

not meaning to bump this ,but my e-mail is getting bombarded by e-mail notifications because this thread just keeps getting moved from one forum to another and then all around! It's been in about 3-4 different forums already! What's going on? It seems like someone is having a field day with this thread!

ok thats not a ban

what happening is he didn't update his creditcard and he needs to add another creditcard before he is unbaned (can call xbox support or update via the dashboard)

Call 1800-4MyXbox to solve the billing/payment issue and then you can go back online until you pay.

you also need to change your windows live id, because apparently that is not the right one.

well come to find out he was banned for hacking,but I know for a FACT he doesn't hack.He can't even properly use the computer! The issue was fixed though and he is unbanned.Microsoft really shouldn't solely go on the claims of others to establish a ban.When people get their butts kicked and get angry with other players they will OF COURSE try to make up any reason (such a hacking) to excuse their suckage.There has to be some way Microsoft can confirm if a person is hacking or not.

He probably linked his account at a friend's house who did the hacks on his account. Submit his gamertag at a new post at forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx and see what he got banned for.
