is this ererror on the Xbox enforcement

I'm a Xbox ambassador i have some concerns that someone falsely reported a friend of mine GES  Imperial who as been on  Communication ban 

And now is  permanently banned . now I know what you're thinking I'm going stop you there I have poof of the message 


So how can my friend   Threaten somebody if he's on communication bannd 


So this make no sense 


I'm just every  concern

and I have read the code of conduct I'm not doing anything wrong im just  concerned  


and no he not a hacker I knew him for 6 years

Hey there GES Khaki,  I can confirm that Wee Bear is correct (as he usually is) in that we won't have any information about enforcment action here in the insider program.  The only place that they can be reached is on: enforcement.xbox.com.  Sadly I don't think you can make a case for your friend he would have to make the case himself on there. 



One thing I want to mention that I just happen to know about the enforcement team is when they investigate an account and give it any kind of suspension they go further back and keep digging on the account.  So even while on a Comm ban they could have found previous instances where violations were made and will often add more time or increase the severity of the suspension based on that.  Hope that helps a little at least and have a great day!
