i cant download apps from windows store. error code: 0x80070422

i cant download apps from windows store. i've tried many answers. it keeps on saying the same thing, "your purchase couldnt be completed. error code: 0x80070422

From the Desktop
Press the Windows key + R
Type WSReset.exe and hit OK
