Anyone else annoyed by the scroll direction for touchpad in windows 8?
not sure who to point the finger at (lenovo, synaptics, or Microsoft), but i'm not a fan of scrolling UP on the touch pad to move DOWN in the page. And I as go between my work computer (win7) and my home computer (win8) I always start off in the wrong
direction. I think this should be configurable by the user. If enough folks comment / view on this maybe we can get a sympathetic ear. Thoughts?
I did not mind this; I just thought of it as pushing the page up. However, there is a way to change it. Go to the Charms bar and search Trackpad. Go to the Settings search and click Settings. Go to the Two-finger Scrolling checkbox and click the gear
that shows up on the end of the line. A box will pop-up; unclick the Enable Reverse Scrolling checkbox, hit close on that window and OK on the other window. That changes the scroll direction. If you have any questions, go ahead and ask; I will subscribe
