Updating Drivers for Ipod Classic 160gb & Iphone 4 Error Installing Updates

Hi All,

I've spent $39 dollars to Apple to try and fix the issue of my Iphone 4 and Ipod Classic 160gb by adding a device, uninstalling and reinstalling and reparing hardware devices and still get error. I want to use iTunes as i'm a radio dj and want to upload my latest podcasts. I was told by apple that my Windows 8 was a Microsoft problem with this issue. I tried to ring Microsoft at 9:30am yesterday morning only to say that they are receiving high volume calls and would ring me back during the day. I couldn't wait all day and been working on my iTunes trying to get that software to work, also devices manager for Apple products. Also I get continuously a blank screen when loading up windows 8 and Microsoft troubleshooted this and I have to sign out and sign back in again for desktop.

Cheers,

Hi Chris,

I understand that you want to upload your latest podcasts on internet and connect iphone 4 and ipod classic.

I would like to inform you that I tunes acts as synchronization software for Apple products, hence you have to install itunes to connect your Apple devices and upload content on Windows 8.

Please answer the following questions for better understanding of the issue:

1) Which version of I tunes are you using?

2) What happens when you try to install itunes? Do you get any error message/code?

Method 1: Since itunes is completely an Apple product; so any updates or troubleshooting has to be supported by Apple.

Please refer to the links below:

a) iTunes Store: Can't download or play a podcast:

    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2313

b) iTunes Store: Downloading podcasts using iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

     http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3281

Method 2: Let u try to update display drivers and check if that helps:

Follow the steps provided below to update the drivers:

a) Press Windows key + X

b) Select ‘Device manager’.

c) Expand ‘Display adapter’ and click on below listed graphic card driver.

d) Right-click on the graphics card and click Update driver Software
