how to open system volume information folder in windows 8?

I can't gain access to my system volume information folder and my personal folder why?

i had a folder named as 12345, i had made it with the help of cmd use the attrib +h +s +a and hide it now i want to gain access but my access is denied in windows 8 and the folder property shown as empty folder while approx 30Gb data is saved in it.. plz help

Why you want to access a System Restore folder I'm not sure, see if this old XP article works in Windows 8?
