This is the mail system at host know-smtprelay-7-imp. I am sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. The message is attached below. The remote mail system said: 5.4.1 [*** Email address is removed for privacy ***]: Recipient address rejected: Access denied

1) I can view new mail but it disappears when I move on to another email

2) no, I go to my virgin account to see emails now. Do not seem to have a contact file anymore.

3) just about everything I had saved on my machine. They might still be there but I cannot find them.

4) no, don't know how to roll back.

P.s. help! Not quite a silver surfer yet but begining to feel like one.

Hello,

Thank you for your replay, appreciate the time taken by you in keeping us updated on the status of the issue. Apology for the delayed response.

Some more information that we will need to get this issue resolved.

  1. Are you using Windows 10 mail app to view your emails? If not, which email client are you using?
  2. Have you checked removing and reconfiguring version to the mail app or the email client that you are using?

You may try removing and reconfiguring your Verizon email to mail app and check if that works. You may refer the article below for help in setting up mail app again after removing your account.

Set up Mail and add contacts

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/add-accounts

If that still does not work and you want to go back to Windows 7, you may refer the Wiki article below for help in rolling back to your previous operating system.

Hope this answers your query. Please do let us know the results. Feel free to write us back for any further assistance with windows, we'll be glad to assist you.

I'm afraid you'll have to download/install Windows Live Essentials and use the mail program within that. At least until the Win 10 mail client corrects this.
