How to print emails

It is a pleasure to help you with your issue in printing emails. The shortcut key for printing emails in Hotmail.com interface isCtrl+Shift+P. The shortcut key for printing emails in Outlook.com interface isShift+P.

If there's no pop-up message appreared on your screen after pressing the shortcut key, it is possible that your pop-up blocker prevents it from popping out. Please refer to your internet browser help documentation on how to enable pop-up messages.

You may also click the print option in your inbox to print emails.

If you are using Hotmail.com interface, here's how to do it:

1. Go to www.hotmail.com and sign in with your Microsoft account

2. Go to your inbox

3. Select the email you want to print

4. Click the Print icon which is located at the top of your inbox page

If you are using Outlook.com interface, here's how to do it:

1. Go to www.outlook.com and sign in with your Microsoft account

2. Go to your inbox

3. Select the email you want to print

4. On the top of your screen, you will see these options:

+ New Reply|v Delete Archive Junk|v Sweep v Move to V Categories v ...

5. Click the three dots

6. Select Print
