Cannot add signature in outlook 2013

Hi,

 I recently uninstalled outlook 2010 and installed outlook 2013. I am trying to add a signature but surprisingly the pop up doesnt open up where i could add my signature..  This is really frustrating as i have to manually add signatures to my emails.

Any work around or fix for this?

Do other buttons fail on the Options dialog? Are you using 64bit Windows?  If so, see Options buttons don't work

Outlook.exe should be in either

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15

or

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15
