Error While Preparing to send Sharing Message

When trying to share calendar there's pop message says "Error while preparing to send sharing message" . I tried all the steps that I know such as:

-add permission to the user that I want to share the calendar

-update the the MSoffice/outlook

-run windows update

-run the MSOFFICE repair online

-run sfc /scannow

-clean the temp files / disk clean up

We are using Office365 and when I tried to share the calendar thru online it works and the recipient received the calendar invitation email.

Is there someone could help me about this one? Thank you in advance!

Hi,

One possible cause of the error that you are receiving could be due to the add-in installed on your Outlook or this can occur if the permissions to the Calendar folder are damaged. In one case, a PR_MEMBER_NAME entry appeared as a duplicate entry. We suggest that you follow all of the troubleshooting steps provided on this link. Also, try to make a note of all entries in the Calendar permissions list and then remove them. Add the entries back to the calendar permissions list.
