I have just installed Office 2010 and while using Outlook I would like the email to turn from unread to read if I am just "on it" for a period of a few seconds, like it used to do. I have made some attempts at trying to locate where in the new options but cannot find out how, can someone help?
2) I installed Office 2010 after losing my harddrive to damage and did not back up my contacts as I should have. I did however send them to Gmail as I believe a CSV file can that help me import my contacts in Outlook 2010 and if so how?
