As John indicated, the Document Inspector is a Win Office feature not included in Mac Office. However, additional to John's suggestion you can use;
- File> Properties to view/edit much of what falls into the category of Personal Information
- the Review tab features to Accept/Reject Tracked Changes & delete Comments
