Why didn't Bungie include the boot option for team killers in Living Dead?

This should be the next thing that should be fixed! We need an option to boot team killers! It's BAD in this mode! K/D ratio and W/L ratio aren't important to me but if I am really TRYING hard to do good and some idiot comes along and team kills me, he's just messing up the game for me and ruining my fun!

Why hasn't Bungie offered the boot option for Living Dead before they left the Halo series for good?

They did have the boot option before, and people complained about it... so... They got rid of it.

Complained about what? The fact that they kept team killing for *bleep*s and giggles? Give me a break! If you are team killed more than once deliberately, then yes, that idiot should be booted!

I've seen some videos of people team killing their team mates for using extremely unfair tactics (ledge camping or lift camping on Sword Base). That is very enjoyable, but other times it's not. I have mixed feelings on the issue.

The reason they removed it is, that sometimes, when a human and a zombie clash, and the human gets a Bulltrue-type kill on the zombie, the zombie still gets its kill, and both die. Occasionally, when this happens, the human's death registers first, and they're immediately considered a zombie... and then their kill registers. Since the human was technically a zombie at the time they killed their attacker, it comes up as a betrayal, and the zombie gets the option to unfairly boot the human for legitimate gameplay.

Personally, I don't give a *** if people betray me in Living Dead. Being betrayed as a human gives you a full stock of ammo and a respawn somewhere else at no cost to you.
