Very annoying issue in Forza Motorsport 4.

Ok, first off. I need an Xbox Live Enforcement Team Member to read this. So, the Moderator that reads this, please post it, but also forward to the Enforcement team as well.

Ok, first thing. I love my Forza Motorsport 4. Best racing game i have. But, im having issues online with annoying people. And im sure, 500% sure, that alot of people are having these same issues. This needs immediate attention from Xbox Live Enforcement Team and the Support Team/Tech Team of the Turn 10 Studios, which made the game.

1st problem. I am making an official complaint about a certain Gamer. I will list the Gamertag for the Enforcement Team, so they can look into it. So please, the Moderator that reads this first, please do a Mod Edit, so the tag is not publicly viewed. But please make a note of it for the Enforcement Team. Ok, the Tag is: [REMOVED - DO NOT POST OTHER GTS]. This Gamertag, which i heavily do not think that this is a girl at all. I think its a guy, portraying himself to be a girl, and causing alot of problems online in Forza Motorsport 4. I just had problems with this person just tonight (6/26/2012), in A-Class Circuit racing. I have met this person on several occasions in Forza 4. And always in A-Class Circuit racing. There are so many dirty racers in Forza 4, but im personally reporting this guy, because i ahve had so amny issues with him about intentionally pushing and shoving everybody off the track. Dated way back to the Forza 3 days of 2009 and 2010. And he is still online in Forza 4 doing it? Same guy, same issue, and same racing class. Why has this guy not been suspended or banned? I have reported this issue on numerous occasions, even on the Forzamotorsport.net website even, and with no replies,a nd nothing has been done to him. He is still at it, really upsetting people including me, and nothing is being done? This is not acceptable. His profile says he has been on Xbox Live for 5 years now. How has he not been banned? Does nobody else ever report this guy? He is just getting away with this. Well, i officially request that something be done now. I am very frustrated with this experience on this game, called dirrty racers. I will explain more next paragragh.

Now, what exactly goes on is this. People, including this guy, their main purpose is to annoy people. They dont go online to race and compete, no. They come online to intentionally crash and push people off of the road. This needs to stop. What they do, they select the heaviest cars in the game. Well, really they are Trucks and SUV's. Why they put Trucks and SUV's in a Racing game in the first place is beyond me. But anyway, these Vehicles are always around 4,000-5,000 pounds. Now, most cars, like the sports cars in A-Class circuit Racing lobbies, are around 2,600-3,400 pounds. So these trouble makers and dirrty racers, have a significant advantage over us when it comes to how heavy they are. They use this weight to push people off of the road. First off, when races start, most of these dirtry racers, race down to the first corner on any track, and slam into anybody and everybody that they can. This is very frustrating. And when they get done crashing people,  they dont just keep racing, they sit on the track, and wait for everybody else to come back around the track, and whoever is in first, second, or third, will be hit by these dirty racers who actually sit in the middle of the road. And when you try to swerve around them, either left or right, they turn into you anyway, and messes up your race. This needs to stop. This has been going on since Forza 3. Ever since they started adding Trucks and SUV's to these games. Which is stupid by the way.

Now, most people who read this would say, just leave the race, or leave the lobby. I DONT THINK SO!!  We, as in the clean and fair racers, shouldnt have to leave our races, or lobbies just to get away from these people. That is not happening. There have been alot of people who fight back in the races, and all they do is attack these dirty racers is attempt to knock them off of the road. Well, its hard to shove a 5,000 pound SUV or Truck off of the road, with a 2,600 pound sports car. Most of the time, you just bounce off of them, and spin out, and it hardly affects these people, and they just keep going. This is [REMOVED - LANGUAGE]. Something has to be done here. Turn 10, or Microsoft Game studios needs to do something about this. For 1, Trucks and SUVs should not be allowed to be upgraded to a A-Class rating in the first place. They shouldnt be in the game anyway. All its doing is causing problems. And also, that new DLC Ford Transit Van is also causing problems as well. These dirty racing wreckers are using that in A-Class as well do do all this [REMOVED - LANGUAGE]. Its [REMOVED - LANGUAGE] everybody off.

Next thing. You cant just boot these dirty racers out of the lobbies either, even though there is an option to do so. But you cant!!! After every race, when everybody returns to the lobbies, the option to either skip the next track, or boot somebody out of the lobby becomes available. Well, you cant boot these people out, because the voting system sucks. To skip the next track, all you have to do is hit the "Vote to Skip track" option once. To vote a person out of a lobby, you have to first highlight their Gamertag, click on it, and then you can Vote to Kick them out of the lobby. But, bout time you get thru all of that, the people that are wrecking people, hurry up and Vote to skip the next track so fast, you cant get to the option quick enough to Vote them out, and then you cant vote them at all. Then they are clear to go into the next race, and wreck everybody again. This needs to change, this needs to stop!!! This is really frustrating. I should be able to enjoy my racing, without being slammed off the road by idiots that are not in there to race, but to only wreck people. Then they sit back and think its funny!!!

Turn 10 needs to release a patch, or a title update, to update the voting system in the game, to where a Track, and a person can be voted on, at the same time. Example. Some people Vote to Skip the next track, thats fine, but have another option to kick somebody at the same time, have 2 voting options. That way, these trouble making wreckers cant rely on just voting the next track so quick, so they CANT be kicked. This option, needs to become a reality in Forza 4. 2 different Voting options. Track Voting, and additional Voting option if needed, to kick Dirty Racers.

But, about the original reason why i was posting this, this one Gamertag needs to be banned from playing Forza 4 online entirely. There is no reason for him to be online in this game, if this is all he is going to do.

Vehicles that are used online for wrecking people, by these dirty Racers, which are all really heavy vehicles, are: Saleen S331 SuperCab Truck, The 2 BMW SUV's, Range Rover SUV, Ford Transit Van, Dodge Ram Truck, Ford F150 Raptor Truck, the Bentley Continental GT (All 3 of them), and the Hummer H1 SUV. All of these vehicles, plus the other Trucks and SUV's, have been personally spotted by me in online A-Class Circuit racing, wrecking people off the road. These wreckers, use the weight of these vehicles, to do this with. Now, in my opinion, there cant be just a patch to remove the ability to have all heavy vehicles in A-Class racing. Because, most of these vehicles can also be in B-Class, and C-Class racing. If you ban these vehicles from A-Class, then the people in C and B-Class Circuit Racing, will start putting up with this [REMOVED - LANGUAGE] to then. If not already. I imagine that the Ford Transit Van is causing chaos in C and B racing as well. Ive heard reports of them doing it in there to. The only way to fix this problem, is to ban all heavy vehicles, and remove the ability to race them online. But, they can still be raced in Private races. Thats fine. Let them. Let them go wreck their friends if they want, but keep these vehicles out of online lobbies!!!

In summary, this issue needs to be delt with now. I really hope the Xbox.com Moderator reads this, posts it, and forwards it to the Xbox Live Enforcement Team for review. And also, if possible, forward this whole post to the Tech Team at Turn 10 for review. This issue, is a growing issue, and it needs to be dealt with. I thank you all for reading, and i hope this issue finally get resolved. This is the only major thing wrong with the online racing in this game.

Do not use the forums to file complaints about other Xbox Live users.  You need to file a complaint using the tools within your Xbox console.  That complaint will be sent direct to the XBLPET. http://support.xbox.com/en-AU/xbox-live/account-banning-and-player-feedback/chat-terms-of-use-conduct

Any exploits you are aware of within the game itself need to be sent to Turn10, not Microsoft.

You dont understand, i have tryed that. I have tryed to contact Turn 10 on the forums, with no reply. Nothing is being done. I have to try to get a hold of a Xbox Live Enforcement Team Member here, to see if this issue will finally get looked at. Im not gonna try to contact Turn 10 anymore on their forums, nothing i say or suggest, ever gets done or resolved. So im going to Microsoft with this issue. The issue im having, is with the same dude from way back when, in forza 3, with the same issues. Nothing, as it looks, was ever done to him, or resolved. Because the same dude is still doing it in Forza 4. If you cant understand this, then maybe the Forum Moderators or the Enforcement Team can. Maybe they can forward my post here, directly to Turn 10. And get this issue addressed. Because, by god, ive tryed, and got NOWHERE!

So you wrote a forum post within the Forza forums.  Did you PM any mods there, or did you just make a post like this one in the vain hope that the correct person sees it?

Also, have you tried using the Avoid Player option?  It's not foolproof (ie they could still join a race of some other gamertag in the same race as you, but it's something.

What this person is doing is punishable by a temporary (not permanent) suspension from Xbox Live.  You don't know if he has or has not experienced said suspension.  Repeated harassment (like you're describing) is punishable by a permanent ban, but that can only come if you continue to use the complaint tools on your Xbox to file complaints every time this happens.
