trouble downloading gamerpic and theme

I have been trying daily for a couple weeks now to download both the gamerpics and theme from captain america the first avenger.

this is the link to the page. Both items are still available, but only through the use of xbox.com. once attempting to download however I get an error everytime saying "uh oh. that's not suppossed to happen."

 

I am a huge fan of the character, the movie and the game and would really like both. please help

Since you say you only see them on the website and not on the console, that usually means you're looking at the marketplace of a different region which is why it won't download. If the content doesn't show up on the marketplace on the console, it's not available in your region.
