Problem: I can not download the DLC

Hello,
I have a problem when I want to pay to download the DLC fable 3 ...
I bought a code and I have had 1200 points credited to my account.

But when I choose a download I have this error message appears:
"Sorry, an error occurred during the transaction, please try again later"

 

Can you help me because if I bought points for nothing ... Thank you
