Need for speed most wanted Origin/Ea And parental control.

I have purchased two need for speed most wanted for myself and my nephew so we could play multi-player on x-box live. when my nephew loads up the game a Origin/EA window appears and the message reads: SORRY YOU DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS TO CREATE A ORIGIN/EA ACCOUNT. this is stopping him playing in multi-player mode. Early in December he did set up a ea account with his mum but she did not respond within the five days to activate it. I have tried to edit his Origin EA account but this has no effect. Also we have set his mum up with a parental x-box live account and have the parental control on. i have set him up as a adult through his mums live account and gamer tag but this still will not fix the problem. Also i would like to set him up as  a teenager and would like to take his mum off his X-box as this is just causing problems as he knows all the passwords anyway.

Any help would be grateful.

Hey there Xamdam! If your nephew is having trouble with his EA Origin account, you would need to contact them directly for assistance. Unfortunately this is a 3rd party service EA uses with their games and we have no way to assist with those issues. Please do let us know what you find out though, thanks!
