Game play pauses intermittently when I get shot/killed.

Sometimes in Black Ops when I get shot with the first bullet the game play freezes and resumes to me hitting the floor dead. 3~4 green bars and ping around 15ms.

Cleared the cache and re-installed the game

I have an open NAT,

Xbox IP address is set to DMZ,

Ports open as per http://support.xbox.com/en-us/pages/xbox-360/troubleshoot/kb/xbox-kb.aspx?kbid=908874

Router is a Belkin Play N600 HD Wireless Dual Band N Router with the latest firmware.

 

Anything else I can do?

That is lag, huge issue with the game. NAT type wont have anything to do with it. Only thing I can think of is run a ping plotter test to a website and see if you get any packet loss.

Also do a speedtest and see what speeds you are getting.
