I downloaded sid meyers pirates and tried to load , but the game glitches out and i have to restart my xbox. i have since re-downloaded twice but still with same result, i have the new xbox slim any suggestions, or is this a case of a refund so i can get something else.

Can you try clear your system cache and delete and download again? That usually fixes problems like these

Do you have the 360S with the 250 GB hard disk drive, or only the 4 GB internal flash storage? An HDD is needed to play Xbox Originals.
