Hi,

 

Could you advice, I found the message on Xbox and my computer when I try to donwload DC2

 "This offer is not valid in your region, or it has expired"

Detail:

Account region: Hongkong
Physical region: Thailand
Internet Service Provider (ISP): Triple T Internet Company Limited
Content you are trying to download: Dance Central 2 (fulldownload) - from Kinect package by redeem code

 

What should I do?

well with dance central and most kinect games they are region locked

to get them you need to be physically in the same region as your account

Many games are region locked and some just aren't available in certain regions when it comes to buying online.

Some arcade games are available to the U.S. marketplace but aren't available in the Australian marketplace. This is likely the case with you. You will have to buy a disc copy of the game.
