Can't purchase Microsoft Points - status code 80169d94

Hello,

over the past couple of days i have been trying to make one simple purchase for my xbox live acount, 1600 microsoft points. But every time i try to do this is get the same error message with the status code 80169d94. I live in the U.S. and my account is based there. This problem is starting to get VERY frustrating and i would really like to get some help on this soon.

yes, that was the first thing that i looked at, nothing helped and so I made this post because of the last section of the purchasing issue sticky (the part about posting the problem on the forum)

since i tried everything suggested on the sticky already, i don't know what else to do. should i call xbox support?

I looked in to that error and I would advise you to call up phone support.
