Xbox having slow connection

For some reason my xbox can barely connect to the internet and its constantly going back and forth between 1 and 3 bars. I know its not a wifi problem because everything else in the house is just fine. This started on monday

I am not sure but maybe its a possibility of where your Xbox is located in your home? It's kind of like if you can'y find a signal on your phone in the living room but in the kitchen it's fine.

Also maybe you can try resetting your router and refresh everything.

Hello, I would check the Xbox live service in case it is a maintenance issue (support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status). It could also be a problem with how the xbox is positioned as it can also affect the wireless signal so try moving it to a different positione (if possible). As also suggested above you can reset your router as well.
