Windows Live ID XBOX issues

Hi

Problem: I cannot change my Windows Live ID email address

Background:

I was using my company MS Exchange email account for both MSN and XBOX live account.

Recently our company has moved over to the OFFICE 365 BETA and has been working great, except all of a sudden i could not log into MSN using my MS Exchange email anymore, looking into this it seems that this is a known issue with OFFICE 365.

This is fine so i setup a new hotmail account for MSN and a new one specifically for my XBOX, the only issue now is that when i go to Dashboard on my XBOX and try to change my current ID (which is the exchange email) it says that it does not recognise my password. I knwo my password is correct and believe this goes back to the OFFICE 365 issue where i cannot use my exchange email to login to anything

 

My Question is "How do i now change my Live ID email address when i cannot log into it to change?"

 

Any help is appreciated as this is currently stopping me from using XBOX.com on my PC too 

 

you can got live.com and try to reset the password. Should give you a chance to answer a security question to get the password reset.

when i put the same email and pass in as i do on my xbox on here it brings me to this other account that i have never used and i cant log onto my real account but im using same pass and email.

it could be that your account is associated with a different WLID. I would call Support as they should be able to verify you're actual WLID and they should be able to guide you through some steps on how to get it reset.
