Two Accounts, One Email?

Okay, now my dad has two accounts registered onto his email account (Gmail). One belongs to my dad, the other belongs to me. (Also, note that the account I am posting on is an extra account that I made)

Whenever my dad logs in to Xbox Live, he is redirected to his account, not mine. He has no idea how to switch to the other account on xbox.com, if that's even possible. I had lost possession of the email I had used to log in when I started my account, therefore I cannot change it using my email address. However, when we try to recover the gamertag, both accounts are displayed after the correct email and passwords have been put in. The only access I have to my account is on Xbox Live, from the Xbox 360 console. Is there any way I can change the email I use for my account from the console? My dad does month-to-month payments, so I really want to keep my account. Any help is appreciated.

On your Xbox, go to the "My Xbox" tab, then go right once to go to your profile. Then go to "Manage Account" and then go right once. There you will be able to change your email address and password associated with your gamertag.

Hope this helps.

I have a similar problem except that I have two accounts attached to one email, but only can sign on to one account using the windows live ID.  I receive emails for the account I cannot sign into (as it happens it is the one I use the most.) Could I have  two separate passwords for the same Windows Live ID?

Hey there Oliver, sorry to hear about the account issues. For the best possible support, can you please create your own thread with a full description of your issue, along with the troubleshooting steps that you've tried! :-)
