Quick question about auto renual, I dont need any help though.

Ok, I called xbox support to turn off my auto renual because i dont plan on being a gold member any more after this year. And i must say, It was veary easy to turn it off it only took like 5min on the phone and the women i was talking to was veary nice. But my question is, Why do you need to call support to turn the auto renual off/on? It's easy enough to call support to turn it off/on, But wouldent it be even more easy to just have the option to turn the auto renual on/off right through your XBOX 360?

They did have the option on the website, but recently removed it for some reason. It was never fully available for all countries though.
