need help with xbox ambassador sign up

Im trying to sign up with the Xbox Ambassador program and it keeps doing this to me I've waited 24 hours and it still does this i have a 1 year of gold membership and 12,000 gamerscore  I dont know if the image will show so this is what its telling me  Checking your eligibility this has a X Ambassador (Beta-only requirement) You must be a member of the Xbox LIVE Ambassadors program. this has a X once again I don't know why i have a year of gold Tenure You must meet our minimum Gold tenure period. this has a check  Gamerscore You must meet our gamerscore requirements. this has a check Age You must be at least 18 years of age or older. there is a X on this which i have a year of gold so i don't know why its doing this  Xbox Live Gold subscriber You must have an active Xbox LIVE Gold subscription. I think i posted twice if i did sorry.....new to this and i probably posted in wrong section... I was accused of cheating, bullying, or cursing with another player and this is completely faulse allegations, the investigation took place immediately after the bann. The suspension was removed promptly but now ive been remove as a friendly Ambassador to to many gamers that enjoy my positive attitude when they experience i offer then. Everyone is getting random 24 hour suspensions for some reason -- including myself and a few of my friends, who dont harass anyone. So something wonky on their end.  I hope its figured out soon, bc I KNOW I didnt do anything wrong to get suspended!
