i was banned and i think i was hacked, my account says that i am suspended until 12/31/9999 i am trying to fix this problem.

i think my account was hacked and i got banned on my other xbox live account it says that i have been suspended until 12/31/9999. and i talked to the Representative and he said that every thing is ok on his end and it is not showing me being banned on that account. my avatar was changed to orange skin orange facial hair and orange hair, the clothing was changed to shorts and a male tank top. i did not change any thing with my account, it has been banned for a week and a half. it says error code 80154005. when Dominic (the repersentitive) had me re download my account it displayed the error code and i could not connect to live. he told me to post on the forums for help and i would live to get my account back or get the 12 month gold transfered to another account. i was talking to shane today and he directed me here and i was told to wait for a response this is the second day ive posted here . i am not very satisfyed with xbox360's support team.  my email is [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT], the email with the account that has been banned is [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT] the account name is cyborg ninja099. thank you for you help.
