Gameware - Unable to take out batteries

Hi everyone im new to this forum but i have a problem... today i bought a gameware rechargable battery pack and i thought i put the pack in right into my controller but i cant take it out, the button that you usually press is not very loose and the controller isent fully allinged with the battery

I have tried the very same product myself, and to be honest, it's rubbish.  Being only a day old, you should take it back to the store and get your money back. 

 

If you are going to buy any accessory, be sure to either get a first party Microsoft product, or a licensed third party product, which will have this logo on it.

I have exactly the same problem. I deicded to buy the Gameware regarble battery pack instead of Microsoft's one because the Gameware came with two battery packs and a docking station to charge my controller.

However, now I have the Gameware battery pack in my controller, I simple can't take it out, it's stuck there.

Edit: Sorry I thought this was X1 section.
