Free contest gamer pics

Hey I recently downloaded that Green Lanturn gamer pic they were advertising on the home menu of my Xbox, but when I went to download it said you must be of the age of majority in your country to enter the contest that this gamer pic enters you in. Upon further inspection, I found that it also required you to do other "achievements" so I shrugged it off and downloaded the gamerpic, also assured that I would have gotten an error message if I wasn't old enough anyway. But I still kind of wonder, is it against the rules or wrong to download a gamerpic that's part of a contest your not old enough to enter even if you just download the gamer pic (I'm pretty sure it didn't even enter me in the contest,) and even if you should have gotten an error message otherwise? And it also didn't tell me not to download it, just not to enter the contest if I wasn't old enough. But still, I worry?

If your tag comes up as a winner (if you choose to get the achievements) xbox will call to make sure you qualify for the contest before giving out the prize.  So if you were chosen, you would be disqualified when the contacted you.

Okay yeah, but I don't think I was entered in the contest since I didn't do anything else, but if they do disqualify me from the contest if I actually did win for some reason, could my account get into trouble because I wasn't old enough to get that gamerpic? Shouldn't Xbox have stopped me because they knew from the age on my account that I'm not the age of majority or what? I'm kind of regretting getting that gamer pic now..

Anyone can download a gamerpic.  I wouldn't worry about getting disqualified.  I don't think that will have an adverse effect on your account.

You can't win if you're not 100% eligible according to the rules. You can enter though.

Okay, thanks. I don't really care about winning to be honest, I just wanted the gamerpic... As long as I didn't do anything wrong I'm glad.

Boy, I've downloaded thousands of those free pics when I was (and still am) underage, and nothings happened.

Different Xbox 360 consoles come with different default Themes and Gamerpics.  The ones I have are from 2006, and most of them are no longer available anywhere else.

For the one you're looking for, it might be part of this Picture Pack, which was free for a time.  Not sure if it's premium now or not or if it's even the right one.  If not, it might be gone.
