Expériences SAV en ligne

Salut tout le monde! Plutôt bizarre comme nouveau style de forums...Mais bon, va falloirr s'y habituer. Dite moi toutes vos expériences avec le SAV microsoft, que ce soit récent ou pas. Moi ca va faire 26 jours que je n'ai rien recu. Nous somme le 16 mai et j'ai fait ma demande le 21 avril dernier...C'EST LONG! sont censé me rappeler pour me dire l'état de ma réparation mais pas recu d'appel en 4 jours bientôt 5. Merci! bon gaming!

il y a plusieurs histoires d'horreur sur internet. Moi les 2 foi en même pas 2 semaines elle est revenue [dont une dans le temps des fêtes]

Rapelle le SAV savoir ou elle est rendue et apprend a faire autre choses que les jv !!!

autre chose que les jv???? en passant jai appeler 20 fois et ils sont censé me rappeler...après 27 jours ils sont même pas foutu de me rapeler! TK

Il serait bon d'utiliser les coordonnées que t'a reçu lors de l'enregistrement et rappeler le Soutien Technique afin qu'i te donne la situation de to dossier.

petit conseil quand votre garantie (xbox) est passer datte il est plus avantageux de faire réparer votre console par un réparateur compétant j'ai fais changer le lecteur de mon élite dans une boutique de réparation d'électronique pour 60.00$ cela a pris 3 jours tandis que microsoft me demandait 123.00$ plus taxe dans un délait de deux a trois semaines  à vous de juger
