Error Status Report W: 0000-000B, X:0001-8005, Y: 20A8-4800, Z0000-0000, ID: ffff-ffff

Just yesterday i bought new Xbox 360 and downloaded an update. After testing internet connection i received above "Error Status Report". I dont know what is this about. However whenever i am playing Homefront game i get only 2 green bars. Everyone else got 3 green bars. I got 2Mbps internet connection, Linksys router WAG320N, i have port forward also. I am PS3 player and hear alot about Xbox but very disappointed with whats giong on. I lag in every game. Please HELP.
