DO NOT INSTALL MAY PATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Xbox freezes after May patch

To top it off I have family coming in tonight and now all I have is a PS3. :(

Well it stopped hanging, now there is just the RROD.

All of this has nothing to do with the update.  If it was, there would be LITERALLY millions of broken Xbox's all at once.  What about all the consoles that broke BEFORE the update, years before?  The fact is, you're 360 got 3 red lights because it's faulty, not because of the update.   Don't blame the patch for a hardware failure. 

Go here to arrange a repair.

Software doesn't break hard ware.

Incorrect a bad firmware flash destroys hardware.

My Xbox was one of the first launched elite xbox.

Xbox working, in Dashboard several times before I updated, no problem.

Applied update (system on UPS/surge protection)

Xbox fails after update.

Analysis:

Must be my fault, if something works then you change something and it stops working, logic tells you the thing you changed was the impact.

My Xbox is also an original Elite 360.

My Xbox  is also working through various updates, including the latest update.

Applied Update, Xbox still working.  Why would that be?  Going by your "facts", shouldn't my Xbox too be broken?  Shouldn't MILLIONS of other Xboxs be broken too? Why are they not?

Analysis:  Tell me EXACTLY where I ever said it was YOUR FAULT.  I didn't ever say it was your fault, because it ISN'T your fault.  It is Xbox's fault.  It's the fault of a badly designed HARDWARE.   NOT yours, and definitely not the updates..  The fact is you would have gotten that 3 red light if there was no update, it was inevitable.  The fact you received it at the same time is circumstantial, not fact.

I updated 2 different console and have not had a single problem with either.

If it was the update then it would brick every console that installed it wouldn't it? and not a select few.

well with all the diffrent part set ups that each xbox has  it could just be a select few with the right combo of parts and there are plenty of threads with plenty of people in them haveing this very same problem ONLY yes i said ONLY dirrectly after DLing this update i mean thats a whole lot of coincidence

Its there fault they just don't give a *** about us. All they care about is money and as long as you keep giving them money they will keep ripping you off. Think bart simpson and cupcakes!!
