Is the word "bastar d" allowed?

Most likely it is not allowed, hence it's only a space trying to differ it from the original cussword. So no.

No, no it isn't. That place you linked was amalgamated with several other townships years ago to form Rideau Lakes with those townships ceasing to exist thereafter

Im going with maybe, for example you could call yourself, *** Sword, meaning not made a Kill.

But if you mean it in the form of swearing no.
