XBOX live ppl are pretty (mod removed) lame.. they make it pretty hard to terminate early, they don't even give you the option to do so -- you have to contact their support team. Even though they offer turning the autorenewal off (after needing a confirmation email and "code" email -- yes two "security" emails because they are "overprotective" aka lame sauce), they are still (mod removed)for not even offering an early termination option online. its (mod removed), (mod removed) microsoft and them trying to squeeze out ever last dime from their customers.

They actually don't offer early termination because they want you to get the best out of your subscription and they cant give you a refund.

Please do not use offensive language in the forums.
It is simple to turn off your renewal.
Just request a live chat on there support page!
They will happily turn off your renewal.
They are not trying to get the best out of your subscription.

Sorry, Wrong choice of words. What I was trying to say is they don't want to rip you off. They clearly care about their customers because of the amazing quality on Xbox Live, a dedicated team of support staff and even the ambassador program shows that they want their customers to have fun and to have their problems solved as soon as possible.
