вообщем,в долгих тестированиях и танцами с бубном,пришел к выводу что проблема в следующем:

1: роутер

2: провайдер интернета

но не понятно как это связанно с геймпадами?

при множественных жестикуляциях происходит следующее: если отключить питания адаптера роутера,соответственно падает подключения к иксбокс лайв(интернету) но! при подключении роутера обратно в работу,пока консоль ищет подключении к интернету, падает геймпад т.е. теряет каким то образом сигнал(мигает) и соответственно ищет безпроводную связь к консоли т.е. не реагирует,консоль подключается к интернету ии вауляяя геймпад начинает работать.вот буду тестировать интернет и роутер.Не нужно ли в настройках роутера менять NAT?

1:дело не в этом, относил консоль в другую комнату тоже самое отваливаются(минимум техники)

2:2 геймпада не могут одинаково глючить,тем боле терять сигнал в одно время(геймпады работающие) бывает что играю по 4 часа проблемы как и не видать,а бывает с утра включаю и уже в поисках сигнала

попытался сегодня подсоединить геймпад к 2 компьютерам,ставил драйвер под 7 64,геймпад не определяет,скорей всего геймпады бракованные оба

ну и так на 2-х с виндовс 7 ноутбук и стационарный,одно и тоже явление,и еще при подсоединение кабеля без батарейки индикатор вообще не горит,пробовал так на 2-х джойстиках с 2-мя проводами,эффект один
