missing games in XP

I just reinstalled the O/S using HP'S recovery disc. Had a clean install. Now all of the games in the game folder are missing. I did a search and can find none of them.
Can someone tell me how to get the games installed back into the game folder? Without having to reinstall the O/S again.

Hi,

If you are talking about the inbuilt games in Windows XP then go to the following location and search for the games.

C:\WINDOWS\system32

You will get the games there.

eg. look out for freecell, mshearts etc.

Copy the games from there and paste it in this location

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Games
