error 0x80070005 with overdrive media console software

After upgrade my overdrive media console, I get  the following message "module omcdetect.dll was loaded but the call to DLLRegisterServer failed with error code
0x80070005
Please some help

I contacted Overdrive who sent me to the library who contacted Overdrive who sent detailed instructions on just how the overcome this Windows 7 PERMISSIONS problem.
 Failed (regsvr32.exe omcdetect.dll) . Now they say to contact MS for the solution. And I see here that MS says there is no fix other then reinstall everything and hope for the best.
There is some software engineer or programmer who knows what the problem is but is too busy fixing W8 problems to release this fix.
If it is indeed a Media issue then how do I reload the Media Player?

This happens to me routinely for various reasons.  I have verified that it is a Windows 7 issue and the only fix I could find is a Windows 7 repair (reinstall using upgrade option, see above).  There is no way to reload the media player in Windows 7.  When you change certain hardware components (processor for sure, maybe memory, video card), WMP thinks it is a new computer and invalidates permissions, presumably so that you have to buy media from them again.
