Now I have Problems With VirtualBox
When I Install Windows 8 I am gets error "VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration is not available on your system. Certain guests (e.g. OS/2 and QNX) require this feature and will fail to boot without it."
I trying Reinstalling But just same Problem I Try to Search In BIOS But There's Didn't Have that Features
My PC Spec Is:
OS:   Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit
Bios: American Megatrends Inc, 0205 20/ 07/2007

You should be able to run Windows 8 natively with your E4500.
If you want to run it in a virtual machine you will need at least an i3 processor. There are no i3 processors for the socket 775 your motherboard has.
