Windows 7 Will not past through the "Welcome.." Loading screen after logging in

Hi,

Well i've had the computer for only 2 months and after restarting this time, i can't seem to use it anymore.


After trying to login, Safe mode or normal mode, it still will try to load "Welcome.." and won't do anything else right after login.

This is ridiculous.

f the problem occurs even with a new account then you have some agent that loads in normal mode only and that interferes with the normal operation of Windows. Your challenge is to find out what it is. Here is how you can do it:- Click Start while in Safe Mode.
- Type the word msconfig into the Search box and press Enter
- Untick every tick mark under the Startup tab.
- Click the Services tab, then tick the box that hides the Microsoft services.
- Untick every remaining tick mark.
- Physically disconnect the machine from the Internet.
- Reboot in Normal Mode.
- If this fixes the problem, restore the tick marks in groups of 8 until you find the culprit.
