Sony vegas pro ERROR 0x80070002 at startup

Hello. So i have installed sony vegas pro 9 (tried other versions too) and when i'm starting it, I get an error: An error occured starting sony vegas. ERROR 0x80070002 (message missing) and when I press on button details I get this kind of information: Failed to initialize script host. I tried almost everything, what I could find on the internet but nothing worked. Can you help solve this problem? Thanks

If reinstalling the program didn't help, you will need to contact Sony for assistance.
