svchost.exe *32 using 100% cpu usage

Hi, my svchost is using 100% unused cpu, making my computer run incredibly slow. When I end the process it starts back up within 30 seconds. I've used multiple virus programs, cleaned and fixed my registry, and have tried to update windows. when i click go to service nothing is highlighted, I even tried manually clicking go to process on all running services.
I've searching on how to fix this for 3 days straight, any help would be appreciated.

Answer

Hi,

Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

svchost.exe (Service Host, or SvcHost) is a system process which hosts multiple Windows services. It is essential in the implementation of so-called shared service processes, where a number of services can share a process in order to reduce resource consumption.

Sometimes viruses can spoof themselves as system files.

Method 1: Place the computer in clean boot and see if that helps:

A clean boot helps to verify if any third party application services or startup item is causing this issue.

Refer: How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7:

Note: After you have finished diagnosing, follow step 7 in the article to boot to normal startup.

Method 2: Refer the following article to download and install Windows Defender Offline
