can't connect to aol. The AOL error reads AC - 3000 084100103

I have a Windows Professional ( Windows 7 6.1 ) on my new HP Pro Book 4525s. I have downloaded AOL 9.6 and can't connect to aol. The AOL error reads AC - 3000 084100103. How do I fix this problem?
