How to restrict access to USB Storage Devices on Windows 7 and Windows XP except Administrator.

At my institutions computer lab this is a big problem. Should format and install all the computers due to viruses circulating from Pen Divers at least once per semester. And cannot prohibit the use of pen drives.

So I want to block access to pen drives on all Student user group except Administrator.
