Battery Plugged-in not Charging after Windows 10 recent update.

Hi any of you got a problem with the recent Windows 10 update.  I am using an ASUS GL552VW laptop.

before whenever I encounter a blue screen error on my laptop i will just check the Windows Update and I will get a msg that some updates were not installed and I will just have to reinstall it again and everything will be alright but this time around I suddenly lost the functionality of my laptop battery I am now getting "plugged-in not charging" and I did checked Windows Update and updates were installed.. I already uninstalled "Microsoft ACPI-Complaint Control Method" in the Device Manager battery section and rescanned it again but I am still having the same issue..my laptop is not yet a year old and I am certain that it's not a battery issue.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

Regards,
