Stopcode "Thread Exception Not Handled" failed BCKD.SYS

My computer keeps on shutting down and restarting. First comes up a blue screen an says:

 "Thread Exception Not Handled"  failed BCKD.SYS. I open the  the troubleshooter it ill show problem with Blue Screen but when I run the fix it will not find a solution.

The BCKD.SYS which appears to cause the crash is a driver for Blue Coat K9 Web Protection so try updating, or if necessary uninstall, K9.

I contacted my K-9 installer and they told me to remove my AVG antivirus. Now everything is working. I also had a problem with Microsoft Edge that tabs kept on opening by itself. I an SFC also checked for malware but did not help. So i made Firefox my default browser.
