HP Pavilion dv7-6c95dx HP TrueVision HD webcam no longer detected.

After updating my Hp Pavilion dv7-6c95dx from windows 7 64 bit to windows 10 64 bit home, my laptop no longer detects my webcam.  In Device Manager, I'm getting the following errors: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed),  0xA00F4244(0xC00DABED). I've searched thru the internet and have tried the listed fixes but have had no luck.  Please help

I tried both methods but they did not help.  In method 1, received the reply: Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem. In method 2, the error returned with reboot.  Is there anything else I can try?

Thank you for the update. How about trying this steps: Device Manager> Imaging Device> Integrated Camera> Update driver> Browse my computer for driver software> Let me pick from list of device drivers > select USB Video device> click on Next to update the driver.

Let us know how that turned out for you.

Have tried all of the above and still no cure for missing web cam.  I really don't want to reinstall windows 10, again, since everything but to web cam works.
