Surface pro 2 high CPU on resume from sleep

Soon after receiving the Surface pro 2 I noticed high CPU usage (25-30%) by System and System Interrupts only when I resumed from sleep. The CPU would stay that way forever until a reboot, but after rebooting the CPU would be quiet until sleep/resume again. I had installed all updates (the firmware update, GA update, etc) and Office, but nothing else. I refreshed the computer and the problem persisted, however, I now had extremely high (30% alone) CPU from Client Server Runtime Process (that means combined 60% CPU just by these processes). No more Windows Updates were available.

So, I did a complete reset to factory settings. At first it seemed to fix the problem. However, when I installed updates from microsoft the wireless card stopped working as noted by other posts. (and the

OK, so I reset again and this time installed updates individually. The Firmware update caused the wireless hardware issue. I thought at first the GA update caused the high CPU usage issue, but when I reset again and made sure not to install any updates, I still have the System/System Interrupts/Client Server Runtime process high CPU issue. I did not install any updates so this is a native Win8 system at this point. I did check my Update history and one update is listed (KB2895219), this must have been part of the restore partition because I didn't manually install it.

Has anyone seen the high CPU usage problem?

I'm not sure what to do at this point. The machine is unusable as-is. I hope this can be rectified ASAP.
